Firstly, the top two layers are made of 100% pure cotton interlock fabric. The dense weave is thicker than normal cotton and therefore means it's more absorbent. Especially reassuring for those prone to dribbling or drooling, as well as those with tremors and muscle weakness.

Secondly, the backing layer is 100% waterproof which prevents any dampness to the skin or damage to clothing. This also removes the need for continuous changing.
