Formal ladies short sleeved blouse with a scarf collar. This adaptive top has been designed for women who have trouble moving arms. The full back open blouse can be worn from the front without the need to lift arms or to pull over the head. Best for people who show resistance or suffer from paresis. It has a four button back closure. The back is longer in length than the front.
